Update on Jeans!

So I am now proud to say I am in a size "12" jeans! It has been over 5 years since I even thought about looking at this size. Wow. I can really tell a difference and am excited to keep up with my weight loss. Zumba, Yoga, Pilates and Elliptical are the bomb! Plus I am also adding in weight lifting.

Last night we went out to celebrate a friends birthday at the Trails End in Oregon City and I had a face first with a bar menu. I must admit it looked really good. I ended up with the guacamole cheese burger and only ate 3/4 but I did eat the fries - and they were yummy. I expect to see a small set back in weight tomorrow (delayed loss/gain) but will work out hard today to make up for it. Besides, tomorrow is Zumba again.... Yahoo! Will post a pic later when I can get hannah to take it for me.

Remember Rachels Bridal Jewelry?

This set was created for my niece a few years ago. I think peals are timeless and elegant.

If you want to see some of my other custom work, check out my Flickr site. There are some fun wire wrap stones on there.

Recent Jewelry Creations

I wanted to update you on the current jewelry items I have been making.

You won't find these on my website yet but I hope to add them soon.

Enjoy these creations!

As you know I prefer to work in semi precious stones and higher quality metals. I hope you like the colors. I will post some of my Chain Maille a little later.

Weight Loss Update

Hey Peeps:

I decided to forgo the HCG drops and stick with the Flat Belly Diet from Prevention magazine. Well, that's not entirely true, I am working out an average of 5 days a week also. I am dancing in Zumba and stretching in Yoga while building my core in Pilates. Yikes! This is crazy.

I am down two full pant sizes (one officially since I refused to buy up a pant size and instead pushed my fat into my size 16 pants) and am now back into a size 14. My goal? Back into my size 8 pants, not that I have them anymore.

Thanks to my family for your support and encouragement. It sure helps.
