The Biggest Helper - Body Media

My wonderful family contributed to purchase a calorie counter for me from Body Media and I wear is everyday now. It is really cool as it monitors my calorie burn, my sleep quality, tracks my weight and even though I need to input my food - it breaks down the areas my calories come from.

I am back on a weight loss trend now, but most of the reason I contribute to this is the fact that I am focused once again to my Abraham Hicks CD's and have hooked up to their website and the FaceBook page also. If my blog is approved, I will be posting a widget here and will get to have a daily quote from Abraham. How cool is that!

So, I gotta get dressed for Zumba and will post a new photo of what I look like this weekend.
